Most Keterex products are available through our world-wide distribution channel. Products not available through our distributors or volume orders exceeding the distributor's published price-break quantities, may be ordered directly from Keterex Corporate Sales. Each product's availability status (via distribution and/or factory direct) is indicated on its product details page.
To order directly from Keterex, submit order requests via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 512-346-8800. Be sure to include the quantity and part number for each item as well as a shipping address, preferred shipping method, and full contact information.
The following ordering information applies to orders placed directly with Keterex Corporate Sales. Policies and procedures for orders placed through our distributors will vary for each distributor.
After submitting an order to Keterex Corporate Sales, you will receive an invoice via email for payment. Payment methods accepted include all major credit cards, checks, money orders, and PayPal.
Keterex accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover through the Paypal payment gateway. Payments via PayPal accounts and linked bank accounts are also accepted.
On-line payments are accepted in the following currencies: US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, Yen, New Zealand Dollars, Swiss Francs, Hong Kong Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Swedish Kronor, Danish Kroner, Polish Zloty, Norwegian Kroner, Hungarian Forint, Czech Koruna, Israeli Shekels and Mexican Pesos.
Note: Keterex does not collect or store your billing information, including credit card number, bank account number, or billing address.
Check or Money Order
Keterex accepts checks and money orders as payment in US Dollars ($USD). When paying by check or money order, please print and include a copy of the invoice you received by email when you placed the order. Remit to: Keterex, Inc., 7320 N MoPac Expressway, Suite 201, Austin, TX 78731, Attn: Sales.
Note: We are unable to reserve merchandise until your check or money order arrives. We cannot guarantee that the merchandise you ordered will be available when your check or money order arrives. Checks may require bank verification before shipping an order and can delay shipment for several days. A $25.00 (USD) handling fee will be charged on all dishonored checks.
You may specify your preferred shipping method from services provided by FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service. Most orders ship the same day payment is received, Monday − Friday, prior to 6PM CST for FedEx and UPS, and 3PM CST for US Postal Service. Orders for which payment is received after these times usually ship the next business day.
Keterex does not charge handling fees. Shipping fees are based on the actual carrier rate for the selected shipping method and the package's actual and dimensional weight. The exact shipping fee will be determined when the order is processed and stated on the email invoice sent for payment.
If you have a FedEx or UPS account, you may enter your account number when placing the order and elect to have shipping billed to your account.
A shipping notification email will be sent when the order is shipped. If using FedEx or UPS, the email will contain a tracking number that you can enter on the carrier's website to track the shipment. Tracking information is not available for US Postal Service Priority Mail service.
Sales tax of 8.25% is charged on shipments to destinations within the state of Texas, unless you: (1) have tax exempt status, and (2) have a resale certificate on file with us. If you have tax-exempt status, you must provide a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate evidencing your tax exempt status at the time of purchase. Keterex will not refund taxes collected in the event a valid certificate is not provided (or on file with Keterex) at the time of purchase, regardless of your tax exempt status.
For international sales, all VAT and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We will accept returns of un-opened and unused product if returned within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returns must be accompanied by an RMA form which can be requested from email@example.com.
Note: Products and orders designated NCNR (non-cancelable, non-returnable) are not returnable.
Shipping charges for return freight must be prepaid. COD shipments will not be accepted.
If an item is out of stock, or if you need more than is currently available, you can request an estimated availabilty date and/or to receive an email notification when the item is re-stocked. Please use our on-line Product Availability Request Form to request product availability information.
Keterex will provide price and availability quotations for volume orders exceeding published price-break quantities or in excess of current stock. The preferred method for requesting a quote is to use our on-line Quote Request Form.
You may also submit a quote request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the complete Keterex part number, description, quantity, desired delivery date (or schedule) and full contact information. A daytime phone number is suggested so that we may contact you should a question arise regarding your request.

This site employs security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. No sensitive information is stored on-line. Keterex does not collect or store billing information, including credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or billing addresses.
Keterex uses the PayPal payment gateway to process our on-line payment transactions. PayPal is a world leader in secure on-line payment processing, employing state-of-the-art encryption technology and fraud-prevention models.
- Why do you send an invoice by email with a payment
link? Why not just collect credit card and
billing information when the order is submitted?
Two reasons: 1) to process the order and ensure it is correct before your credit card is billed, and 2) security (both yours and ours). Keterex uses the PayPal payment gateway to process our on-line payment transactions. PayPal is a world leader in secure on-line payment processing. They bring to bear extensive anti-fraud resources we (and most other on-line vendors) could never match. Also, you never need to worry about the security of your billing information. Keterex does not collect or store your billing information, in fact, we never see it.
- Do I need a PayPal account to checkout?
No. While we do use the PayPal payment gateway to process on-line transactions, you can always pay by major credit card without having a PayPal account.
- What if a product I receive is defective?
We pride ourselves on delivering high quality products. If you believe a Keterex product is not functioning properly, please contact email@example.com for assistance. If the product is within its warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our option.
- Does Keterex require a minimum order?
No minimum dollar amount per order is required and Keterex does not charge a handling fee for orders below a minimum dollar amount. Some products require a minumum quantity or must be orderd in a specified multiple quantity due to packaging. Required minimum and mulitple quantities are stated on the product details page for each item.
